Small-batch roasting since 2021

We roast blonde, and we write the formula down

A three-kilo drum in a garage in Majorna. Six coffees at a time, roasted light enough that the origin still has something to say.

How we work

Nothing unusual, just done consistently.

One drum, three kilos

A small machine means we can chase a profile across four or five roasts in an afternoon instead of guessing on a batch we cannot afford to lose.

Every curve logged

Charge temperature, turning point, first crack, development time. We publish them so you can argue with us.

Roasted to order

Wholesale goes out the day after roasting. Retail bags are never more than ten days old when they leave the shelf.

Wholesale

We supply eleven cafes and two restaurants around Göteborg. Minimum order is 4 kg a week, and we will come and dial in your grinder for the first month at no charge.
